Terms and Conditions:

At Blackmore Chauffeurs, we uphold the highest standards of professionalism and integrity in all aspects of our services. By engaging our chauffeur services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1-Booking and Payment:

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Payments must be made in advance or as per the agreed terms.
Additional charges may apply for extra services or extended bookings.

2-Cancellation and Refunds:

Cancellations made within a certain time frame may incur charges.
Refunds are issued based on our cancellation policy and terms agreed upon during booking

3-Conduct:

Clients are expected to treat our chauffeurs and vehicles with respect.
Any damage caused to the vehicle due to client negligence will be the responsibility of the client.

4-Privacy and Confidentiality:

We respect your privacy and will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent.
Any information collected from you is solely for the purpose of providing our services and will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.

5-Liability:

While we take every precaution to ensure your safety and comfort, Bristol Blackmore Chauffeurs cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond our control.
Clients are responsible for their own belongings and valuables during the journey.

6-Amendments to Terms and Conditions:

Blackmore Chauffeurs reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
Any changes will be communicated to clients in a timely manner.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

1-Booking Confirmation:

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed via email to which you will receive confirmation by us. In order to secure your booking we will need to take a 20% deposit upon booking.

2-Cancellation and Refund:

Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled pickup time to avoid charges.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time may incur a cancellation fee of 20% deducted from the total booking cost.
Refunds for cancellations made within the cancellation period are subject to our cancellation policy and terms agreed upon during booking.
No refund if the passenger does not show up for pre-paid journeys.
No refund is made for Cancellation of a booking with less than 24 hours.

In other circumstances where a refund may be possible should be address direct to Blackmore Chauffeurs limited.

3-How to Cancel:

To cancel a booking, clients must contact Blackmore Chauffeurs directly via email.

4-Amendments:

Amendments to bookings, including changes to pickup times or locations, are subject to availability and must be requested in advance at least 24 hours period.

4-Notification:

Any changes or updates to the cancellation policy will be communicated to clients in a timely manner.
